The strategic union between PDVSA Servicios Petroleros, S.A. and Well Services Cavallino, C.A. resulted in a mixed capital company, between the Venezuelan state and Cavallino, denominated as: Roraima Servicios Petroleros, S.A.

Provide specialized services of well drilling and services in the lines of: reconditioning and completion of wells, well intervention, directional control of wells, cementing, pumping and continuous tubing; through the use of state-of-the-art technology equipment, highly trained human talent, applying best practices and under quality and safety standards and in harmony with the environment, with the purpose of leveraging the production plans established by the clients.
